Yes. You don’t need to live in Cleveland to work with me. As long as you’re physically located anywhere in Ohio at the time of your session—Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, Akron, or beyond—we can meet via telehealth.
Bonus option: I offer evening appointments for Ohio clients—up to 8 p.m., which can be especially helpful if you work traditional hours.

A positive therapy experience often comes down to the relationship. Therapy is vulnerable work, and it helps to choose someone who feels both skilled and emotionally safe.
Here are a few things to consider:
1) Experience: Do they have experience with what you’re coming in for and can they explain how they’d approach it?
2) Felt sense: Do you feel understood, heard, dismissed, or talked at? How does their presence feel for you?
3) Fit: Do their values and style match what you need (structured vs depth-oriented, skills vs relational)?Trust your instincts. If something feels off, listen to that.

There are many trauma therapy approaches, and different methods work for different people. Some common modalities include EMDR, IFS (parts work), Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing.
